What It Is
Section titled “What It Is”This tab explains MuleSight Rovo actions that are available in Confluence space context.
Key Rule
Section titled “Key Rule”Rovo actions are space-context bound. If the Confluence surface does not pass space context, MuleSight returns a context-required response.
New Endpoint-Awareness Capability
Section titled “New Endpoint-Awareness Capability”Rovo now supports cached endpoint method/path answers for Exchange APIs.
Good Example Questions
Section titled “Good Example Questions”- Show APIs in production with status
INACTIVE. - List stopped runtime apps in non-production.
- Refresh API Manager dataset cache and re-run the last query.
- What are the HTTP methods and paths for Sparrow Customer Portal Experience API?
Practical Guidance
Section titled “Practical Guidance”- Endpoint method/path answers are cache-based.
- If endpoint cache is missing, seed it by opening an Exchange macro in
Endpointsmode and refreshing once. - Refresh when freshness matters, then ask the question again.
